		<description>Finally! A down to earth, real from the heart article! Love the writer&#039;s common sense, tell it like it is style! Good for you! Families don&#039;t get it unless you communicate things in this manner. I know... I talk to families everyday. It&#039;s only when we level with them, support them, but also be frank; not worrying about big words, and being the nice guy all the time, that we make head way with the families that need this straight forward communication! Bravo!
